Nail this look at home with:
Base coat - Barry M pink
Detail colour - OPI 'La Pazitively Hot'
Scotch tape
Dotting tool (you can substitute this with a toothpick, pencil, pen etc)


How?
1. Apply Barry M base coat. Let dry completely. 
2. Apply scotch tape in desired pattern over top half of nails. 
3. Apply OPI 'La Pazitively Hot'. Let dry completely
4. Using your dotting tool, add dots along edge of design


Ta-da!
